One of the best lunches I’ve had in a while! We left with clean plates all round. The portions weren’t small, but out of gluttony we also ordered extra pigs in blanket, stuffing balls and cauliflower cheese - safe to say we were happily stuffed. I would like to give a special shout out to the roast potatoes which were crispy and flavourful, but still fluffy on the inside. To top it all off we had a perfectly spiced Bloody Mary, loaded with celery, cornichons and an olive, essentially a snack with your drink haha.

Fantastic Sunday roast, I had the trio and not only was there an amazing quantity of food, but it was exceptionally well cooked. As I cant have diary they accommodated for that really well and I was exceptionally impressed.

This is our favourite place to go on a Sunday. If you're ever nervous about ordering a roast because you're not sure how the meat is going to be etc, I'd recommend The New Inn. Their beef roast was excellent with no fatty bits and just nice and tender. The roast potatoes were pretty perfect and everything else was just the right amount and absolutely delicious. Very nice experience.

We made a reservation for 7 people at 12 noon on a Sunday. On the day, we were seated in the spacious seating we had requested. We shared the Sunday roast platter, which was excellent in both taste and quantity. The service was also attentive to every detail.
